Old Fashioned Values & Service
This roof replacement was not Tulip’s first rodeo. After living in Oklahoma for years, she’s seen her share of storms and had her roof replaced by contractors who didn’t live up to their promises.

“I knew they would be honest. I trusted their character”
— Homeowner
When a storm struck her home in 2021, the retiree reached out to one of 1907’s founders because she knew him personally and trusted him. “I knew they would be honest. I trusted their character,” she said.
Going Above & Beyond
For many homeowners, managing their insurance claim and fighting to get the coverage they need is the most stressful part of getting a new roof. For Tulip, the insurance process was simple because our team helped with her claim and she felt she didn’t have to interact with her insurer much at all.
“I don’t have a printer, so they made copies of my insurance paperwork and brought it to my home. They went thourgh it one paragraph at a time with me. They were very clear about what work needed to be done. They really took time to explain it so I could understand it,” she said.
It’s standard process for the 1907 team to take photographs when we do an inspection to document any damage. We also photograph areas that are in good shape because they can be helpful as a “before” photo if you need to file a claim after a future storm. We made sure to share our photographs with Tulip so she could see the damage to her roof and make an informed decision about how to proceed.
Trust From Another State
As a true testament to how much Tulip trusted our team, she wasn’t worried at all about our team installing her new roof while she was out of the state. We kept in touch with her daily about her project. “I didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all taken care of I she didn’t have to do a thing,” she said.
When she returned to Oklahoma and saw her new roof, she was pleased. “My new roof looks better than the old one. It was never the right color before, but Vlad helped me pick the new shingle color,” she said.
